About Me...

***2012 Fort Bend REALTOR of the Year***

If you ask anyone who knows me to describe me in two words, they would most likely say “passionate” and “committed”. I am a small person who likes to make a big impact. I devote my life to my family, my career, and my community—and not necessarily in that order.

A long-time resident and fan of Sugar Land, Ft. Bend County and all of its great amenities, Vicki Warren eats, sleeps and breathes Sugar Land. As the broker-owner of MBA Realty and someone who truly cares about what goes on around her community, she is always trying to stay abreast of new residential, commercial and economic developments in the Katy/Sugar Land/Ft. Bend area by virtue of her liaisons with the builder/developer community and regular attendance at economic development, city/county, and other taxing entity meetings. Networking is key to her business and is crucial to representing her clients' best interests, and is one of the things she is best at.  Over the years, she has gotten to know many Realtors, builders (both in the field and in the corporate offices), new home sales representatives, developers, and other key members of the real estate and mortgage industry.  It is these close relationships, repeat business, and Vicki's dependable, hard work that make other agents and builders eager and willing to work with Vicki.  Vicki holds several community Board positions and is actively involved in her local Realtor associations and political and governmental affairs groups, including serving two terms as Chair for HAR's Ft. Bend Political Affairs Advisory Leadership, so when an issue arises that may impact the community or home ownership, she is ready and willing to act--to stand up for her fellow Realtors, clients, and residents.

Vicki and her husband, Kraig contribute a great deal of time to serving their community, both individually and as a team. Kraig served as a Fort Bend MUD director for several years and is serving his second term on the Board of Directors of the Ft. Bend Central Appraisal District.  Vicki is a regular contributor to several Ft. Bend County MUDs and LIDs and is currently serving as the President of Ft. Bend MUD137.  Vicki has been actively involved in various community organizations and activities over the years, including serving on the Board of Trustees with Newland Communities for the Telfair Community Council, as a delegate for Telfair, and as one of the first resident Board members, and currently serving as President, of her HOA.  She is also a regular participant in the City of Sugar Land, including the Mayor of Sugar Land’s Visioning Summit, Sugar Land 101 and as a board member for the Parks & Recreation Advisory Board.  Vicki was one of the founding members of United77498, a coalition of Sugar Land and nearby HOA leaders devoted to preserving the long-term value and lifestyle of the community. As a result of her community work for the past year alone, she has been featured in articles in “Focus on Women” magazine, the “Houston Chronicle”, “Ft. Bend Star”, and several community newsletters.

Vicki’s passion and devotion to her career, clients and community is why she has been voted on H-Texas Magazine’s Top Realtors list since 2005 and most recently, honored as HAR Fort Bend's 2012 REALTOR of the Year.
